Historical backgrounder:

The old records of the Royal Crown of England read that Queen Victoria was born on May 24, 1819 in Kensington Palace to Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, and Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld. Interesting reading from the records: “The Duchess of Kent, Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld, was a German princess whose brother Leopold was the widower of Princess Charlotte of Wales. Until 1819 Charlotte was the only legitimate grandchild of George III. Her death in 1817 precipitated a succession crisis in the United Kingdom that brought pressure on the Duke of Kent to marry and have children. He married the Duchess in 1818, and their only child, Victoria, was born at 4.15 am on 24 May 1819 at Kensington Palace in London.” (End of quote)

According to unconfirmed tell-tale stories young and pregnant Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld was on a hurried journey from her home in Southern Germany to have her child delivered in time on English soil so that her child could compete in the race for King or Queen of England. According to those tales, she gave birth too early, on a Dutch boat coming from the French coast, to a baby girl. Safely on English soil, there was a twin brother coming out. They had to realize that there was something wrong with the boy. They decided to make the records without the boy. The girl was thus born on English soil and grew up to become Queen of England as a teenager (for 63 years) while the boy was held incognito.

The boy turned man on the island of Borneo, became part of the North Borneo Company which had made a 100-year lease (1868-1968) from the Sultan of Sulu and North Borneo (now Sabah, Malaysia), and became Prince Julian Mcleod Tallano, the legal owner of the Philippines through OCT No. 01-4 which followed the 1764 Royal Protocol No. 01-4 Crown of England adjudicating the Hacienda Filipinas consisting of 7,148 islands to the Royal Family of the Tagean-Tallano-Kiram clan. Prince Julian Mcleod Tallano became the head of the Royal Family of the Philippines which was subjugated by the Spanish colonizers and the almighty Roman Catholic Church.  He decided to do something. Being of Muslim origin and place, they had to enter the northern catholic side of the Philippines.

Secretly, a new-born son of Prince Julian Mcleod was placed in a basket and found, 1861, outside the house of the Mercado Family of Calamba, Laguna. The boy genius grew up as Jose Protacio Mercado (JPM) before he called himself Rex al or Rizal (JPR) or King of Kings. Money was arranged to give him the highest education possible which he got in Madrid, Paris, and Heidelberg. He made his doctor there in German language as an eye doctor. The nephew of Queen Victoria, he operated successfully on the eyes of kings and emperors, spending extended time in Vienna with Emperor Franz-Josef of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine and in Tokyo with the Tenno which should have dire consequences for the world later.

Operating out of the Vatican where he was known as Jose Antonio Diaz de la Paz, or secretly the black pope, he became Papal Nuncio (Ambassador of good will of the Vatican) and travelled the world maybe more than anybody else at the time speaking in 10 languages. When the kings and emperors needed a trusted person to take care of all their secret treasures after WW I, Jose Antonio Diaz (JAD) of the Vatican was the given choice, secrecy being essential to the whole plan for JPR-JAD, to become the most important and most secret person of the 20ieth century.

And secrecy is the name of the game until today. The structure of this world and its gargantuan wealth is built on this secrecy which was manifested, after WW II with the secret deposit of 400,000 Metric Tons of gold in 1949 in the Central Bank of the Philippines plus another 217,500MT deposited in banks of the world all under a secret code name Tiburcio Villamor Marcos or TVM-LSM-666, the 400,000MT deposited for 50 years plus 5 years to terminate all claims of ownership of former owners. That secret agreement was signed on August 11, 1950 by US Presidents Harry S. Truman and his successor as US President, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Chiang Kai-Shek, Mao Tse Tung, Tschu Enlai, and Generalissimo Franco of Spain among others. JPR-JAD signed as Trust Depositor, young Ferdinand Marcos (33 years old then) signed as “Legal Counsel for TVM-LSM-666”.

Controlling institution for that giant undertaking was and is until today the Bank for International Settlement in Basel, Switzerland, the de-facto secret central bank of all central banks in the world, controlling also the Federal Reserve System of America, Bank of England, World Bank, IMF, and ECB.

Trust account C-1-C-2-C-19-C-21 was opened for TVM-LSM-666, special code name Jose Bautista Cruzen, in Barclays Bank in London for payment of the returned Philippine Victory Money. In reality it was JPR-JAD signing as Jose Bautista Cruzen in the bank and in the US Treasury for the money of the Philippines which was originally printed as “Commonwealth of the Philippines Peso” in 1934/1936 in the Bureau of Printing and Engraving in Washington D.C. becoming Philippine Victory Notes in exchange of 2 Pesos for one dollar (and -unnoticed- giving the US Treasury financial and monetary control over their former colony). 17,000MT of gold were deposited by JPR-JAD in Barclays Bank Singapore as guarantee for the money which was demonetized in 1967 when the Philippines had a remarkable new President Ferdinand Marcos who was also, wonder of all wonders, the Legal Counsel of JPR-JAD code name TVM-LSM-666. He was witness when JPR-JAD transferred ownership over all his assets, properties, and belongings to his chosen successor-in-interest-and-rights “Rev. Dr. Floro E. Garcia” (Marcos).

When “the old man” (JAD) died 1974, President Ferdinand Marcos became the Legal Counsel of the successor-in-interest-and-rights and new owner TVM-TVTM-LSM-666, Rev. Dr. Floro E. Garcia, who would have to wait for maturity in the year 2005. Principally sitting on the wealth of the world, a genius Ferdinand Marcos was able to preserve everything and even create a new fortune on the side which is preserved as the back-up of managerial currencies. That would include the almighty dollar that has no other backing than C-1-C-2-C-19-C-21 or the World Bank umbrella account No. 010-22-74-OA assigned to Rev. Dr. Floro E. Garcia in the amount of $500 Trillion.It is understandable that some leaders of the world did not like Marcos and his sheer unlimited power. They “froze” everything after he had made secret advances to China and Russia. The rest is history. The name of Marcos is destroyed and the world keeps limping from one financial crisis to the next financial crisis, for lack of and want of a clean solution. The TTIP will allow companies to control governments, writes JEREMY CORBYN
An ominous veil of secrecy surrounds negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership 
– a sweeping trade deal between the European Union and United States.
Members of national and European parliaments, like their counterparts in the US Congress, have been 
kept in the dark about the details.
What we do know is that its backers claim that the eventual agreement will boost economic jobs and create 
vast numbers of new jobs on both sides of the Atlantic.
It is claimed that economic growth will be increased by 0.5 per cent a year by 2027 as a result of this deal.
There is no hard evidence to back up such figures, but we know for certain that there are going to be big 
prices to pay along the way.
In the Commons this week there was a rare discussion by parliamentarians on the potential impact of the TTIP.
Front benchers were keen to press the idea that fewer barriers between the US and Europe would be an 
overwhelmingly good thing.
But there were also serious concerns voiced on the power of corporate lobbyists to undermine parliamentary 
democracy because the deal will allow them to demand and exercise commercial “rights” that over-ride national 
sovereignty when it comes to public services and other areas of policy.
Paisley & Renfrewshire North MP Jim Sheridan expressed concern that “the TTIP will allow companies to wield 
control over national governments and in the long run may not help those we’re told it will.
“We should have an agreement that helps ordinary people and not big corporations,” he said.
The disastrous experience of the North American Free Trade Agreement (Nafta) between Canada, Mexico and the 
US provides cause for deep concern about the TTIP.
Then, as now, it was promoted as having the potential to create millions of jobs.
In fact Nafta has resulted in job losses and a race to the bottom as US farm exports flood into Mexico and 
US companies transfer operations to their poorer neighbour to exploit lower wage rates.
Today there is huge opposition in all three countries to Nafta.
War on Want, in an excellent briefing on the TTIP, characterised the deal not as a negotiation between two 
competing trading partners, but as “an assault on European and US societies by transnational corporations 
seeking to remove regulatory barriers to their activities on both sides of the Atlantic.”
This is not a traditional trade agreement but it is all about deregulating society, removing social standards
 and environmental regulations and ensuring that public services are opened up to private enterprise.
The secrecy surrounding its contents is so great that not even government officials from EU member states 
have been allowed to see the documents up front.
Eventually a final agreement will be released and will be imposed on citizens of EU member states and the US.
The omens are not good.
The negotiators see collective labour agreements as a challenge and restriction on business.
The US has refused to sign most International Labour Organisation conventions on core standards including 
freedom of association and the right to organise, so it’s hard to see where the TTIP is leading to other 
than a transatlantic attack on trade unions.
Rights at work, the working time directive, health and safety legislation, redundancy payments and employment
protection were all hard-fought-for gains by trade unions on both sides of the Atlantic.
Now all this may be put at risk in a levelling down of protections.
Food standards are also threatened, with enormous pressure from US-based global brands to water down European 
legislation on GM crops, food safety and animal welfare.
But the biggest prize of all for those who stand to gain from TTIP are our public services.
Currently the NHS is required to provide health care free at the point of use for everyone.
So far Britain’s Tories have retained that principle, but they have built on a lot of what new Labour was 
trying to do in “opening up” the NHS to private-sector companies.
Already US health companies are lining up in the hunt for big profits by running sections of the NHS with 
fewer staff earning lower wages and on worse conditions.
The threat posed to health services is similar in other European countries, yet tellingly the EU has not 
sought to exclude health from the TTIP negotiations.
Public debate on the deal remains strangely absent, but it remains possible that strong trade union 
opposition to assaults on working conditions could significantly alter the process of negotiations.
It’s also quite possible that the more isolationist elements in the US Congress will seek to block its 
passage.
What’s certain, though, is that the stakes are extremely high.
The EU is continuing to pursue its central goal of being a place where big business has free rein to operate.
At the same time US corporations are eyeing up a greater global role.
And from what little has penetrated the veil of secrecy surrounding negotiations, it appears increasingly 
that any potential positives for workers, and on environmental issues and public services are being sidelined
in favour of greedy bankers and multinationals which see vast profits to be made.

Is Deutsche Bank The Next Lehman?

Looking back at the Lehman Brothers collapse of 2008, it’s amazing how quickly it all happened.  In hindsight there were a few early-warning signs,  but the true scale of the disaster publicly unfolded only in the final moments before it became apparent that Lehman was doomed.

First, for purposes of drawing a parallel, let’s re-cap the events of 2007-2008:

There were few early indicators of Lehman’s plight.   Insiders however, were well aware:   In late 2007, Goldman Sachs placed a massive proprietary bet against Lehman which would be known internally as the “Big Short”.  (It’s a bet they would later profit from during the crisis).

In the summer 2007 subprime loans were beginning to perform poorly in the marketplace.  By August of 2007, the commercial paper market saw liquidity evaporating quickly and funding for all types of asset-backed securities was drying up.

But still — even in late 2007,  there was little public indication that Lehman was circling the drain.

Probably the first public indication that things were heading downhill for Lehman wasn’t until June 9th, 2008,  when Fitch Ratings cut Lehman’s rating to AA-minus, outlook negative.   (ironically, 7 years to the day before S&P would cut DB)

The “negative outlook” indicates that another further downgrade is likely.   In this particular case, it was the understatement of all time.

A mere 3 months later, in the course of just one week,  Lehman would announce a major loss and file for bankruptcy.

And the rest is history.

 

Could this happen to Deutsche Bank?

First, we must state the obvious:  If Deutsche Bank is the next Lehman, we will not know until events are moving at an uncontrollable and accelerating speed.   The nature of all fractional-reserve banks — who are by definition bankrupt at all times – is to project an aura of stability until that illusion has already begun to implode.

By the time we are aware of a crisis – if one is in the offing — it will already be a roaring blaze by the time it is known publicly.   It is by now well-established that truth is the first casualty of all banking crises.  There will be little in the way of early warnings.   To that end, we begin connecting the dots:

Here’s a re-cap of what’s happened at Deutsche Bank over the past 15 months:

• In April of 2014,  Deutsche Bank was forced to raise an additional 1.5 Billion of Tier 1 capital to support its capital structure.  Why?
• 1 month later in May of 2014, the scramble for liquidity continued as DB announced the selling of 8 billion euros worth of stock – at up to a 30% discount.   Why again?  It was a move which raised eyebrows across the financial media.  The calm outward image of Deutsche Bank did not seem to reflect their rushed efforts to raise liquidity.  Something was decidedly rotten behind the curtain.
• Fast forwarding to March of this year:   Deutsche Bank fails the banking industry’s “stress tests” and is given a stern warning to shore up it’s capital structure.
• In April,  Deutsche Bank confirms its agreement to a joint settlement with the US and UK regarding the manipulation of LIBOR.   The bank is saddled with a massive $2.1 billion payment to the DOJ.  (Still, a small fraction of their winnings from the crime). 
• In May,  one of Deutsche Bank’s CEOs, Anshu Jain is given an enormous amount of new authority by the board of directors.  We guess that this is a “crisis move”.  In times of crisis the power of the executive is often increased.
• June 5:  Greece misses its payment to the IMF.   The risk of default across all of its debt is now considered acute.   This has massive implications for Deutsche Bank.
• June 6/7:  (A Saturday/Sunday, and immediately following Greece’s missed payment to the IMF) Deutsche Bank’s two CEO’s announce their surprise departure from the company.  (Just one month after Jain is given his new expanded powers).   Anshu Jain will step down first at the end of June.  Jürgen Fitschen will step down next May.
• June 9: S&P lowers the rating of Deutsche Bank to BBB+  Just three notches above “junk”.  (Incidentally,  BBB+ is even lower than Lehman’s downgrade – which preceded its collapse by just 3 months)

And that’s where we are now.  How bad is it?  We don’t know because we won’t be permitted to know.  But these are not the moves of a healthy company.

 

How exposed is Deutsche Bank?

The trouble for Deutsche Bank is that its conventional retail banking operations are not a significant profit center.  To maintain margins, Deutsche Bank has been forced into riskier asset classes than its peers.

Deutsche Bank is sitting on more than $75 Trillion in derivatives bets — an amount that is twenty times greater than German GDP.    Their derivatives exposure dwarfs even JP Morgan’s exposure – by a staggering $5 trillion.

With that kind of exposure, relatively small moves can precipitate catastrophic losses.   Again, we must note that Greece just missed its payment to the IMF – and further defaults are most certainly not beyond the realm of possibility.

 

And if the dominos were not adequately stacked already, there is one final domino which perfects the setup.

Meet Tom Humphrey.  He heads up Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking operations on Wall Street.

He was also head of fixed income at Lehman.

History never repeats.   But it does rhyme.    In market terms, it tends to rhyme just about every 7 years.

Was macht diese Frau aber dennoch so stark und gar immer selbstsicherer in ihrem Handeln ? Wer ist dieses Phänomen wirklich ? “Polskaweb News” Mitarbeiter sind wie Spürhunde der Fährte ihrer Vergangenheit in Ost und West gefolgt – mit sensationellem – aber auch schockierendem Ergebnis, denn Angela Merkel ist eine nahezu perfekt getarnte andere Person. Ihre Mutter Herlind Jentzsch hat- und Ihr verstorbener Vater Horst Kasner hatte einen US- Pass. Tochter Angela Kasner wurde denn auch in den USA- und nicht wie in ihrer Biografie behauptet- in Hamburg geboren. Wahr ist allerdings dann ihre Übersiedlung in die DDR, wo die Kasners ein mysteriöses Leben hinter verschlossen Toren und abgedunkelten Fenstern führten. Die Kindheit und Jugend bis hin zum Abitur verbrachte Angela Kasner so weitestgehends im Alleingang. Sie hatte keine Freunde, niemals Besuch von Kindern aus der Nachbarschaft und Annäherungsversuche von Mitschülern stoppte sie bewusst über “intellektuelles Gefasel”. Zu jenem Zeitpunkt wusste sie nämlich bereits dass sie nicht irgendwer war, sondern eine zukünftige, bestimmte Größe.

Angela, die eigentlich Victoria heisst, fiel in ihrer Schule in Templin vor allen Dingen wegen ihrer aussergewöhnlichen Fähigkeit auf Sprachen in Windeseile zu beherrschen. Heute wissen wir warum, denn sie lernte bereits im Vorschulalter  russisch und englisch, vermied es allerdings ihren Mitschülern davon zu berichten. Ihre Lehrerin war die eigene Mutter, die ja als Amerikanerin mit deutschen- und russischen Wurzeln damit kein Problem gehabt haben dürfte. Der Vater u.a. unterrichtete sie schon als Kind in allen anderen wichtigen Dingen des Lebens. Die “intellektuelle” Angela Merkel ist so vor allen ein Produkt ihrer hervorragenden Erziehung, welche die meisten Menschen dieser Welt, hauptsächlich aus finanziellen Gründen, niemals geniessen können. Natürlich tragen Angela Merkels Eltern auch nicht wirklich die Vornamen Herlind und Horst, ebensowenig hat sie einen Bruder Marcus. Wenn auch die Nachnamen Merkel und Kasner nicht so ganz ohne Bezug zu ihrer Herkunft sind, so wurden die Vornamen aber allesamt frei erfunden.

Verraten dürfen wir Ihnen an dieser Stelle auch schon, dass Angela Merkels Verwandtschaft auch nicht erst seit ihrer Zeit in wichtigsten politischen- und wirtschaftlichen Schlüsselpositionen Deutschlands, den USA und der EU sitzt. In ihrem wahrem Stammbaum finden sich denn auch Ex- Bundeskanzler und Präsidenten wie z.B. Helmut Schmidt oder Roman Herzog sowie ein Ex-  US- Präsident wie George Bush, ein Jerzy Buzek, Freiherr von Guttenberg, Berlins OB Wowereit, Fifa Präsident Sepp Blatter und sein Beckenbauer, Lukas Podolski aus Podolien, Bundestrainer Löw und vor allen Dingen auch eine ganze Reihe von Betreibern des Holocaustes. Hierunter auch Reinhard Heydrich, Eichmann, Mengele und Auschwitz Kommandant Rudolf Höß. Kurioserweise hat sie sogar die Auschwitz Ikone “Anne Frank” und einige ihrer angeblichen Schinder im Stammbaum.

Warum wir Angela Merkel, eine angeblich doch für die Deutschen so hervorragende Kanzlerin, jetzt öffentlich als Betrügerin anprangern ? Ganz einfach, weil auch sie es offenbar nicht lassen kann dem unbedarftem Volke das Hirn zu waschen und dieses immer weiter unter die Kontrolle ihrer Familie bzw. Verwandtschaft stellt. Wer sich auch heute am Karfreitag via Medien über das aktuelle Weltgeschehen informiert und einigermaßen durchblickt was da wieder einmal für eine stinkende Suppe gekocht wird, der würde sicherlich und einmal mehr diese ganze “elitäre” Mafia die hinter allem steckt zum Teufel schicken. Und man mag es ja auch wirklich schon alles nicht mehr hören und sehen. Auch nicht die entarteten Texte des spätpubertären Tattergreises Günter Grass, der schnell noch vor dem Verstecken seiner Ostereier, Israel und den Iran unsinnige Streitigkeiten andichtet und dabei auch noch medienfördernd partei für Mahmoud Ahmadinejad ergreift.

Daneben sind es heute Themen wie die angeblich drohende Überalterung der Gesellschaft, angebliche Schuldenbremsen, angebliche Dioxin-Funde in Hühnereiern, angebliche atomare Gefahren durch Lecks in Kraftwerken und aus Richtung des Iran, Grünen-Politiker Volker Beck wird angeblich wegen seiner Homosexualität beschimpft, angebliche Terrordrohungen radikaler Islamisten, angeblich falsche Dinosaurier mit Federn gefunden,angeblich schweizer Haftbefehle für deutsche Steuerfander und Merkel will im Steuerstreit den Frieden mit der SPD. Alles Merkel gestützte und geförderte Lügen machen also die Quintessenz der wichtigsten Nachrichten aus deutschen Landen am Karfreitag aus. Volker Beck ist natürlich nur für seine Wählerschaft homosexuell, Dinosaurier hat es nie gegeben, es gehen keinerlei Gefahren von leckgeschlagenen Kraftwerken aus und Merkel streitet sich in Wirklichkeit nie mit der SPD Führung, denn man regiert gemeinsam in enger Bande.

Und Angela Merkel kann es auch nicht lassen die Familie über immer neue Terror- Ideen mit immer neuen Milliarden zu füttern. Sie selbst ist also eine Terroristin. Sie war auch schon als junge Frau in der RAF Geschichte verwickelt. Sie ist mit allen Wassern gewaschen und nur so lange Freundin des Volkes wie es sich melken lässt. Doch Kühen geht es aber auch manchmal beim Melken gut, aber selbst dieses “Glücksgefühl” lässt unter ihrer Führung seit Jahren deutlich nach. Sie hat alle Macht dazu etwas in Deutschland, Europa und sogar der Welt zu ändern. Doch dies liegt ihr scheinbar fern. Ihr Doppel- bzw. Dreifachleben muss nun, nach dem Motto “lieber ein Ende mit Schrecken, als ein Schrecken ohne Ende”, auch einfach mal ein Ende finden. Vorerst werden wir allerdings nur unseren Unterstützern aus Spendern und Abonnenten die ganze Wahrheit über Angela Merkel und der Welt zugänglich machen. Damit geben wir ihr zumindest die Chance sich vorab noch selbst und persönlich über die Wahrheit in ein besseres Licht zu rücken.

 

Indigenous Rights and Truth Commissions

The struggle for recognition and reparation of Indigenous Peoples is one of history’s longest-standing and most-marginalized justice issues. Indigenous rights activists have worked hard to build the political terrain that the global Indigenous rights movement can now claim at the international level and, in many cases, at the national level as well. Longstanding historic injustices committed against Indigenous Peoples by colonizers are at the root of the circumstances that many Indigenous Peoples face: vulnerability to poverty, environmental destruction, social and political injustice, and conflict. As the human rights community becomes more engaged with the Indigenous rights movement, a shift in thinking is needed, and in many respects well underway, towards looking at the role of longstanding historical injustice in creating current circumstances. Increasingly, it is Indigenous Peoples themselves who are spearheading new truth commissions, in response to mainstream justice-seeking institutions that don’t meet their needs or cultural and political rights.

It is not a simple task to deal with the legacies of past injustice. Amongst human rights workers, efforts to achieve this goal are known as “transitional justice,” a term that reflects the fact that opportunities to deal with the past and restore justice tend to emerge in periods of political transition, at the end of a conflict or in the wake of a widespread political movement. Generally speaking, the toolkit of activities that compose a transitional justice approach includes criminal prosecutions of perpetrators, reparations and compensation to victims, commemorative activities to memorialize the past, reforming flawed institutions, and truth commissions or other activities aimed at recovering the truth about past harms.

Of all of those, truth commissions in particular are being adopted by the Indigenous rights movement as a means of confronting the legacies of injustice. A truth commission is a nonjudicial body set up to conduct independent investigations into a situation of gross human rights violation. The best-known commissions are large-scale, country-wide undertakings: they are multiyear processes that report on and make public the findings of extensive research, much of it conducted by interviewing many thousands of victims and direct witnesses. Where a formal courtroom focuses only on the facts of a specific crime, a truth commission additionally examines the history around violations and the long-term consequences of these acts on those most affected. It will also research and report on the need for structural reforms necessary to prevent the same kind of harms happening in the future. More than anything, a truth commission gives victims of human rights violations an opportunity to have a voice in a supportive public setting.

The national truth commission of Guatemala, the Historical Clarification Commission, for example, worked extensively in Indigenous communities following 30 years of civil war, during which Mayan peoples were the targets of genocide at the hands of the state military forces. The effort gave Mayan survivors a chance to forge a voice and cohesiveness that did not exist before the truth commission. Learning from Guatemala, the Peruvian Truth and Reconciliation Commission played a similar role hand-in-hand with the growing importance of Indigenous rights in Peru.

The linkage of truth-seeking processes and the rights of Indigenous Peoples has begun to reach outside Latin America, as well. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, currently in the second year of its five-year mandate, represents the first truth commission process to focus exclusively on crimes against Indigenous Peoples and the legacies of these abuses. Upcoming truth commissions in Nepal and Brazil and the ongoing commission in the Solomon Islands each serve as an opportunity to place special importance on the experiences of Indigenous Peoples in societies that otherwise provide minimal opportunities for them to seek justice.

Despite an emerging link between the Indigenous rights movement and truth commissions, the trend has received a mixed reception both amongst transitional justice practitioners and Indigenous rights activists. In particular, critics worry that truth commissions are designed to push state-building and reconciliation onto a divided population, two objectives that may be inappropriate for Indigenous Peoples. These commissions are designed, after all, to produce a national dialogue amongst citizens that will help reshape the history and values in a divided society. But First Peoples hold a quite different relationship with the state than an interest group or cultural minority. An interest group is a stakeholder in the joint project of statehood, whereas Indigenous Peoples aspire to, and have the inherent right to enjoy, self-determination. Although international legal standards rarely interpret that right to mean full statehood, Indigenous nations have an inherent right to choose their own institutions, languages, forms of government, and other things necessary to prosper as distinct peoples within state borders. So far as a truth commission feels like an effort to build a citizenry with one shared vision of the future, Indigenous Peoples are concerned that such a “state-building” process could undermine their struggle for self-determination.

In practice, however, truth commissions are quite flexible institutions. As mentioned above in the case of Guatemala and Peru, truth commissions were malleable enough that these bodies actually strengthened the place of Indigenous nations within the borders of a larger state. After all, to say that a truth commission is meant to build a rights-respecting and peaceful society does not necessarily imply that this society will have one homogenous political and cultural community. The opposite may in fact be the case, as many truth commissions happen at periods of fluidity in a country’s history, where there are opportunities to influence major institutions and even change constitutions.

Many critics worry that rather than contributing to substantive change, a truth commission actually creates the opportunity for guilty parties to claim that that past is over and dealt with, and that now it is time to forgive and move on. That concern reflects a misconception about how truth commissions work. It is commonly assumed that all truth commissions follow the South African example of functioning as a commission of truth and reconciliation. Not only is this untrue; it reflects a distorted story about the South African process. No truth commission is obliged to include reconciliation or forgiveness amongst its objectives, and pressure on survivors to forgive perpetrators or drop demands for redress should never be a consequence of participating in a truth commission. It is true that the decision to hold a truth commission makes an implicit statement about the desire for reconciliation in the wake of atrocity, but a well-implemented process will be very careful with the message it communicates about reconciling with the past.

Whether to include the term “reconciliation” in the work of a truth commission becomes even more contentious when we are talking about the rights of Indigenous Peoples. In common parlance,  reconciling suggests a return to a pervious relationship of co-existence and mutual respect. In the case of Indigenous Peoples it is unlikely that a living memory exists of a relationship with the colonial state worth returning to. The notion of reconciliation also suggests that both parties will now put an end to the injustices that divided the community in the first place, as though those injustices were equal. In the relations of Indigenous Peoples to dominant populations, power relations are heavily skewed, and the economic and social injustices that define this relationship deeply entrenched. Even in the best case, real change is far off on the horizon, making promises of reconciliation feel shallow, if not dangerous to the status of Indigenous rights. It costs dominant populations almost nothing to apologize for past injustice, but Indigenous groups have a lot to lose if the powers-that-be interpret “reconciliation” as an invitation to forget the past and move on.

Although the concerns about reconcilation and state building are valid, participation in a truth commission also represents a rare set of opportunities for Indigenous rights. There are few official justice-seeking institutions able to promote Indigenous rights that are fully independent from every level of government. A truth commission is precisely this: an official yet independent body with high visibility that challenges the national narrative about the relationship of Aboriginal Peoples to dominant populations.

A lot of Indigenous rights work happens through national or regional courts, or through lobbying government services. But even where those institutions are sympathetic to Indigenous rights, success is a mixed blessing, as working with state institutions effectively increases the presence of the state in Indigenous territories. Such mixed victories dull the autonomy of Indigenous institutions de facto even when strengthening them de jure. Truth commissions, on the other hand, are official and independent institutions. A well set-up commission will be established through a long consultation with the groups most keenly affected by the crimes to be investigated. Through the act of building and implementing the process, a truth commission creates a rare opportunity for Indigenous groups and the state to be equal partners.

A truth commission can also benefit the Indigenous rights movement by starting a national conversation about the sorts of crimes that are occurring and the ways such crimes are tolerated in the mainstream. Instead of only identifying an individual or a few people as guilty of the charges against them, as in a courtroom, a truth commission can also discuss the responsibility of institutions or groups and raise critical Indigenous issues like land reform, economic rights and cultural preservation that are not usually on the mainstream agenda.

Navigating the challenges and making the most of the benefits of a truth-seeking process is much more successful when Indigenous Peoples are active participants in creating a truth commission. These discussions need to happen at every stage of a truth commission’s work: negotiations, operations, writing the commission’s report, and the follow-up bodies that grow from the commission. And Indigenous Peoples themselves need to set the standard for what will constitute meaningful consultations. It’s important, too, that disucssions represent everyone in the Indigenous community. A truth-seeking process may appear inclusive of Indigenous perspectives without actually hearing from people at the local level, or from internal minorities in the community, such as youth and women.

There is an additional concern: Because access to educational, political and economic opportunities are limited for many Indigenous Peoples as a result of the social exclusion they face, access to positions that influence the work of a truth commission can also be limited, unless specific measures are taken to prevent reproducing these forms of exclusion. A well-implemented truth commission requires a large staff of researchers, legal staff, health-care workers, and statement takers, to name only a few positions. They also require new or refurbished infrastructure to house the process. As a capacity-building opportunity, truth commissions can have impact well beyond their own borders in terms of the trainings provided, the facilities built, and the job experience gained for people with few other employment opportunities.
The role of Indigenous Peoples in truth commissions is an ever-growing pattern around the world. Many challenges remain, yet the practice of using this mechanism to strengthen Indigenous rights has proven a valuable way to build the justice and self-determination claims of Indigenous Peoples who otherwise benefit from few justice-seeking institutions that operate outside of state structures.

Highest rates of child suicide in the world

Australia is home to the highest rates of child suicide in the world. Please don’t be confused, this is not the national rate. I am talking about rates inside Aboriginal communities. 20 years ago, suicide in Aboriginal communities was literally unheard of, but with increased government pressure on remote communities it became more prevalent since the year 2000 and the numbers went off the charts after the governments military backed intervention (that breached human rights) started in 2007.

It was found that child suicide increased by 500% in 12 months after the intervention started. The Intervention is still happening now after the government decided it was worthwhile to extend it for 10 years.

Worlds lowest life expectancy rates

Similarly, life expectancy in some Australian Aboriginal communities is less than or equal to 3rd world countries in sub-Saharan west Africa (around 37-40 years).

Black Imprisonment rates higher than in South Africa during Apartheid

Incarceration rates of Black Australians are higher than the rate of incarceration for Blacks in South Africa during the last 10 years of Apartheid. This is the most complicated topic to explain. Of course there are some Indigenous Australians who should be locked up. However there are thousands of men and women who are in jail for breaking laws that only apply to Indigenous Australians (such as drinking laws). Many are also affected by mandatory sentencing laws which sees the power of discretion taken away from the judge and subsequently forces many first time offenders straight to jail. Other reasons include simply missing a court date due to travel requirements or ill health.

First attempt at Genocide

By 1911, 123 years after the British Illegal Arrival, the Indigenous population had dropped from 750,000 to just 31,000! The official explanation is “disease” but when you dig deeper you will learn of the frontier wars and massacres, many of which are documented but strangely denied and not recognized by the government to this very day.

Second attempt at Genocide (breeding us out)

In 1997, the Australian Government found itself guilty of Genocide. See: Bringing Them Home – the Stolen Generation Report 1997. The report focused on the policy known as the “stolen generation”, referring to the forced removal of Aboriginal children from their families. After the report went public, all that was offered to victims and their families was an apology with no chance for compensation of any kind. And right now, in 2014, the Government is taking more children from black families than ever before!

The belief was and still remains that if a child is brought up in a white family they will go on to marry a white partner and the colour of their children and grandchildren will be lost within 2 or 3 generations.

War and Massacres

Most Australians will tell you that Australia has never been home to any wars. That is what is taught In Australian schools, but it is simply not true. From the late 18th century until the mid 20th century many wars and massacres have occurred. Some conflicts lasted no more than a week while other conflicts lasted for over 5 years. Australians are proud of their recent war history overseas and it is commemorated each year, but when we try to honor our own black warriors who died on home soil, we are stopped by a line of police every year!

Australia Day is Invasion Day

Australia’s national day (Australia Day) is on the anniversary date of the illegal arrival of the English settlers. When you think of what this arrival meant to Indigenous Australians you know it’s not a day to celebrate, but the Australian government refuses to change the date of its national day and at the same time claims to be working towards reconciliation!

No Democracy for Blacks

Even today, when we try to have our voices heard by the world we are continually met by resistance, from walls of police who together with the nation’s media, systematically silence us. What is the problem with peacefully marching through a park on Australia day to remind people of the insensitivity it promotes? In May, when Prince William and Kate came to Australia many Indigenous Australians were removed from crowds and denied the chance to communicate (with protest signs) against the illegal occupation.

Don’t preach democracy if you can’t let me be Aboriginal – and speak my truth.

The Final Attempt at Genocide is Happening Right Now

Lets see the facts: an excerpt from the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide.

“Article II: In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

The crown government today is still committing acts of Genocide under parts C and E of the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide. ‘Dark Secret #5′ above highlighted how the government is now stealing more Aboriginal children than ever before. Now I want to shed some light on how the government is guilty of part C – inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction.

The government can no longer chain us up or contain us in concentration camps like in years gone by. So now they are trying to destroy our communities in a variety of different ways, in the hope that we will relocate to major towns. Here are some examples in point form:

• Removing children from their families.
• Cutting off basic medical needs.
• Ignoring needs for basic infrastructure such as public transport.
• Labelling remote communities as pedophile breeding grounds (In the media, and with suggestive warning signs at the entrance of remote communities).
• Taking away community work programs.
• Neglecting aboriginal housing programs.
• Withholding and freezing bank accounts.

All of the measures have been implemented for one main goal. The government wants to completely put an end to Indigenous Australians living on our traditional home lands. They want us in larger towns, living, working and following their western values. Reports show that we are far more healthier and happier when we live traditionally on our home lands, however the government does not respect our desires for health and happiness as that would mean, letting us stand in the way of their quest to mine our mineral rich land that we never ever want taken away.

What the government fails to understand is that our connection to our country is real and strong. No matter how dire our communities become we will never leave, but unfortunately the younger generation is failing to cope under the current neglectful measures now in place. Even children from war torn countries have more hope for the future.

This is truly the final attempt at Genocide on my people and, as I see it, it can only end in two ways:

• An intervention to stop the illegal freeloading government.
• Allowing the illegal government to win and let our race die out completely.

Government censorship

Australia is a huge land and it has always been impossible to communicate and unite with all Indigenous Australians.

The world never heard our screams in the early days of invasion and up until now, most of the world has been unaware of the history and plight of indigenous Australians. Many people believe that white people naturally come from Australia or they don’t even know that we (Aboriginals) still exist.

But now social media has given us a way to have our voices heard. In the last 2 years many indigenous Australians have gained access to social media and I recognized that this would be a great way to bring our people together, from all the different tribal estates, share our stories and unite against oppressive governments and restore hope for our collective future.

Unfortunately the government also sees the potential for us to be successful in this way and subsequently blocks our efforts, without any explanation. Also, social media pages that I run have continually been attacked with racist posts and pictures, while death threats have also been “In-boxed” on many occasions.

Nothing can stand against the truth

Finally I want to show you how and why this all started!

To this very day Australia remains the only commonwealth country not to have signed a treaty with the native population whose land it occupies. So how can Australia be a legally recognized country? It isn’t! And we will prove it in international courts, with your support.

Without a treaty, proof of purchase or a declaration of war, the Australian government has no legal standing over Indigenous Australians. Ever since the early days of invasion the European settlers have been calculating to wipe out our race or completely assimilate it into their western way of living. But my people will never break. We have the oldest continuing surviving culture in the world, we survived the last ice age and we will never give away our most sacred possession, our land!

Within our culture we hold the key to world sustainability. If the world can restore human rights of self determination and independence for my people we will in turn, restore hope for the survival of our planet.
